The WFK-Ü Műanyagfeldolgozó Kft. was founded in 1992 as. The Company's sphere of activities includes mainly die-casting of mechanical plastic parts up to a closing force of 350-7500 kN, and as an auxiliary activity the assembly of parts, labelling, decorating foil thermal press, however, we also undertake to die-cast various household products and packaging materials. We have a great experience particularly in the field of foil pressing, since we have been manufacturing various emblems, appliance feet for our customers since our foundation. We can offer complex services for our customers from tool manufacturing via purchase of materials and auxiliary materials till delivery of the finished goods.
The sphere of activities of the WFK-Ü Kft. includes die-casting of thermplastic parts, manufacture of plastics, parts, packaging materials and partial units mainly for the electronic, but also for the car industry and households. In relation with this activity we have a significant capacity also for the performance of auxiliary activities as well as the relevant modern machines and tools. (labelling, tamponing, decorating foil thermal press, assembly of parts and partial units, etc.).
We can offer a complex service for our buyers via product improvement, tool manufacturing, purchase of materials and auxiliary materials, to the manufacture of plastics, labelling of parts, thermal press and assembly of parts.
The products may be delivery partly by our own transportation vehicles, partly by our contracted partners, and may be even with a daily frequency (Just in time).
Our system of intellectual and technical terms enable us to perform a significant part of the maintenance of our tools and machines from our resources.
Our purchase of materials have well built-out connections with both domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors, on any part of the word.
Our parent company, the WFK GmbH has a modern, well-facilitated tool manufacturing plant, and it ensures for us to be able to quickly respond to the various demands of the customers and to problems arising in the production processes, however, in addition, we have relations also with domestic tool manufacturers.
Our Company has dynamically developed during the recent years, during which our production has been multiplied, our machine fleet includes highly automated machines and equipment controlled by the latest software. Our new production hall was handed over in the autumn of 2000, in which all the terms of a quality work are provided.
In the following years our aim is to offer a more comprehensive service to our customers by modernising and expanding the machine fleet and by building a new, up-to-date warehouse as the major target.
Our customers include the leading manufacturers of the electronic industry and of the car industry, as well as their major suppliers, and companies with other lines, with whom we can cooperate excellently during the manufacture, in some cases for already five-ten years, which they can confirm.
The managers of the Company try to establish the terms of the quality work with investments, purchase of modern machines and equipment, and with the continuous special training of the workers.
